Return Process

  Securely pack your BYOMA essentials in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your email.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
